Ever working
Should man strive for shelter?
Ever moving
To afford bread?
Ever living
To quench sweat with water?
Swapping Life
For Survival till dead?
Ever working

To afford bread?
Ever living
To quench sweat with water?
Swapping Life
For Survival till dead?

I whine and whinge
Complain and sin
Wipe disappointments from my chin
Learn life naught there
To lose or win
While the bird goes about it’s duty
I seek reward
In that poisonous and quick
I hence grow weak and then fall sick
My eye on time
Ear dreading the tick
While the bird goes about it’s duty
Doubt whispers
In my inner ear
He tells me, I’ll be far when near
I work hard
Keeping my path clear
While the bird goes about it’s duty
I lose whole days
Through carelessness
My living quarters turn to mess
And I do sorrow
Blind to that blessed
While the bird goes about it’s duty
So if I am to learn from you
My tiny winged friend
How it is you live for life
And noble lessons send
I give you this
My will to mend
To live untroubled as your beauty
And live I will
To an honest end
Like the bird goes about it’s duty.
I whine and whinge
Complain and sin
Wipe disappointments from my chin
Learn life naught there

Life as we know it
A singular form
Of the infinite forms of a love
Just one physical play
Of all that can be
Tantamount below as above
The 'chaos' and 'peace'
What we call 'air' and 'space'
All embodiments given for free
In the varying vast of
The splendid unknown
and creation's immensity
One material show
Assigned sounds there to know
Lone epitomes o' wonder past mind
Stands our all
Though a blip
Lone lovely a gift
The phenomena that is mankind
Yet how is this love
Asked voices afraid
What of misery
Good buried and burned
For forgotten the mould
All we behold
Is our will
Love naught ask love returned
So relish the blip
The enigma a gift
'Ours' a falsity
We need only feel
Our free will the love
To be worthy of
The Gift but the only thing real
Life as we know it

From this space
I watch the play
Out of the race
Part of the day
Senses heighten
Baggage drops
Being starts
Thinking stops
Is the filter up or down
Maybe this is life from now
A gift, a curse, a test, a challenge
The relative real
Can tempt imbalance
Rule both worlds
But don't think oft'
Of life so hard
and smoke so soft
It's just a door
To choose when low
Creative juices needing flow
It's just a door
Choose when wild
Hug her tight the inner child
Life and music
Just need gel
Moonstone Stairway
Does this well
Now I see you at my leisure
Life is strange
My guilty pleasure
From this space
I watch the play
Out of the race

People lay dreaming
Their souls finally smiled
This place I dreamt of
When I was a child
Sandalwood scented
Dark iris skies
The walls glow and glitter
This world is mine

When I was a child
Sandalwood scented
Dark iris skies

"WHEN WE CRY FOR THOSE PASSED,
TAKEN SWIFTLY WITH NO WARNING..
IT IS NOT JUST THEIR LOSS
OR THEIR VOICE GONE FROM OUR EARS THAT SHAKES US,
BUT FOR DEATHS INSTANCE,
IT'S REALITY
AND OUR FRAGILITY.
WHETHER WE KNOW THIS OR NOT
THIS IS ALSO WHY WE CRY."

True strength is resilience to lessons
Projections let off with warm winds
Striving to live mortal heaven
Gentle calm when will oft' runs thin
His time only stuck when naught changes
Man takes a road never he's known
Bless these souls who seek through the ages
Who wear proud life's due lessons where thrown
Watch the torrents of souls still out searching
Wandering elsewhere, because they weren't fed
On the shoulders of faith are they perching
Liberation but the softest of beds
Now the root cause for his crying had vanished
For he lived on the mountain and seas
With the sun did he wake never famished
Solace was there in his Peace
True strength is resilience to lessons

Like most I've walked through darkness
The sun brought me no joy
Bird song irritated me
'Hope' A naive ploy
Born in love with nature
Born with lust for life
Then to ash
I lost it
And sought the afterlife
To feel alone in seeing the world
How it could be pure
To be understood in purpose good
Dedicated to a cure
To be alone in your head
Judge, jury and condemned
Striving hard to find lost joy
And seek out where it stemmed
If they knew my sorrows deep
They would let me go
How every morning is now so dark
No light left to show
Then another
Pure
Beloved
That same week took her life
Likewise none had known her pain
Her family bore the strife
They suffered deep
Her light was gone
Such love the world so needs
She saved my life
The pain too great to repeat
When dark succeeds
It took me years to shine again
But for her I would have quit
And like her did I feel the goal
Back to Man to commit
We have to try
It brings us joy
It gives our purpose worth
But to think we're alone
In the way that we think
Can be the deepest hell on earth
So cradle the pure
Protect loving hearts
We can not stand to lose anymore
Like all things so precious
They are fragile though strong
For it's kindness and love that they stand for
Like most I've walked through darkness
The sun brought me no joy
Bird song irritated me

Take man's rate of dependence
All he wants is the peace
That can only be found in himself
Add catch-phrases and lights
A promised image of your life
And there's no longer room on that shelf
If you're lucky enough to find a niche craft
Where your time can't be measured and stalls
Pick up your pen
You can make money my friend
Hang your trinkets and toys on the wall
But hold on to that love for your craft and that space
Where fulfilment and solace were found
For one tires as one does
No longer doing it for love
Till we just push our next product around
To entrap your loves just for your water
Ensnare a skill only to eat
Ask so much of the craft that once fed you
Does peace fall second to laying your feet
But that's how it goes, our survival means more
Though the battle leaves most of us bloody
No matter to what we're surviving for
When even love is exchanged for money
But of course we just want to be happy
And to work for oneself is the dream
Why work so hard dear
When endless work's clear
And there's less time for dipping in streams
Our joy needn't die for the money
A craft needn't be stuck to for life
Yes for some hearts there's one
But for others there's none
And they seek choice to do what they like
I question the tool that makes each man a fool
Who daren't question a price for survival
Money gives players swords
Who compete with the hoards
Of themselves when they naught to be rivals
Take man's rate of dependence
All he wants is the peace

His fingers ran across my hands
He held them gentle pure
Movements slow
Four palms danced
Weaving to contour
Such touch can't lie
We met that day
We saw each other true
Souls each flowing through pink clay
A connection felt with few
Twin in thought
Friend of old
My head did flood with thought
I'm yet to know
Dear old flame
Why has life this brought
His fingers ran across my hands
He held them gentle pure
Movements slow
Four palms danced

Today I felt alone on earth
Though naught but my surrounds had changed
I ran away from safe, to the shores of dark caves
I could live happily this way
No one could judge me
Though I care not when they do
And I laughed at the comedy I am
I danced like a child around rock pools so wild
I was the wind playing catch me if you can
Tell me why I want to live
Constantly in search
Because arriving never fills the flagon full
Will I die alone
Ever find my truest home
Is the searcher or the settler the fool?
Today I felt alone on earth
Though naught but my surrounds had changed
I ran away from safe, to the shores of dark caves
I could live happily this way

Do not play
Life's no game
No winning by money or power
Despite what happens
Keep your kindness
Winning is smelling the flowers
